When you contact our support
If you reach out via email or chat, we keep conversations and other data you might send during those exchanges. When you delete your account, those conversations are removed after a period of up to 6 months.

In order to correctly identify your account, ohoh will access your basic profile information, which includes your name, email, and photo. Ohoh will come back and look for messages in your inbox. In order to provide you with this information within the Ohoh application, our software will search through your inbox for replies to emails sent by your Ohoh campaigns. It will then handle the conversion of receivers into leads as needed and cease sending follow-up messages after a reply turns someone into a lead. To aid you with deliverability and to keep your contact lists current, we also search for unsubscribe requests and bounces to emails sent by ohoh.
